Misuse of o-rings leads to the causes of unexpected failure even though o-rings are of extremely simple construction. Particular care in using them has to be exercised in the selection of material, design of grooves, and handling method. Full consideration must be given to o-rings to a large extent.

    

YCC present full sizes (inside diameter and width), including standard, special and military dimension in both metric and imperial systems. An o-ring, only been compressed, can seal the liquid/gas in the cylinder. So that, our primary concern is compression set. After handling with peroxide during press cure, YCC high quality o-rings achieve very low compression set and excellent resistance of abrasion fluids and low machine is, therefore, avoid.

You will appreciate the extra coating with wax and MoS₂ which protects from oxidization for long storage and lubricates for easy installation. Now YCC can have very special O-ring---O-RING COATING TEFLON for ANY SIZE you want.

X-Ring (Star Ring) with a double seal function, for static and dynamic environment, the majority of applications for the standard O-ring is also applicable.

X-Ring with a blade design, sealed contact surface evenly dispersed throughout the part, only need to impose less pressure to achieve the sealing effect. And the lip between the mold line, not only does not affect the sealing performance, also have the effect of reducing leakage.
